IC Program Opportunity Assessment

Find out where industrialization will pay—before you build the program.

A paid, fixed-fee engagement for institutional owners that need a decision-ready view of where to industrialize, what the program must include and whether the opportunity justifies implementation.

This assessment is built for owners with leverage.

The strongest candidates control at least five similar facilities or asset packages and at least $50 million of planned construction over the next three to five years.

They also have meaningful product control and an executive sponsor with authority to implement.

01 — Decisions and deliverable

One brief. A defensible next decision.

Your IC Program Opportunity Brief connects the questions leadership needs answered to the analysis behind a go, no-go or refine decision.

Where should we start?

A prioritized facility, component or asset family and the demand that can credibly be aggregated across the portfolio.

Does the opportunity justify investment?

A current cost, schedule and capacity baseline, preliminary economics, investment requirements, risks and decision gates.

What should repeat—and what must vary?

A recommended program concept, standardization opportunities, site and user constraints, and an owner-control model.

Who can deliver it, and what must change?

A supply-market and delivery-ecosystem assessment, with technical, procurement and implementation risks and the organizational and governance changes required.

What do we pilot, and when do we scale?

A recommended pilot, criteria for proceeding and a path to a full program build. An executive readout identifies decisions, owners and next actions.

The assessment supports an investment decision. Detailed design, final supplier selection and program implementation are scoped as subsequent work; a no-go or narrower opportunity is a valid outcome.

02 — Process

A bounded engagement with a clear decision at the end.

The scope and fixed fee are agreed after a no-cost qualification call confirms fit. The analysis starts with your demand and economics, independently of any preferred vendor.

01

Confirm fit

Review the candidate pipeline, owner authority, urgency and executive sponsor.

02

Define the question

Agree the leadership decision, portfolio boundary, data request, scope and fixed fee.

03

Assess the opportunity

Test the program concept against your baseline, supply capability and implementation constraints.

04

Decide the next move

Review the brief with leadership and agree whether to proceed, refine or stop.

Give us enough context to determine whether an IC Program Opportunity Assessment is the right next step:

  • Your organization and role
  • The facility or asset types that repeat across your pipeline
  • The approximate number and value planned over the next three to five years
  • The decision, constraint or urgency the assessment needs to address
